Spring is Here!

Eufloria just completed the spring planting in my flower window box. Lovely as always.

Not only is spring here but the market seems to be arriving with it. We are seeing things heating up on the first-time homebuyer front. Let's hope April showings will bring May closings.

They say that mimickry is the highest form of flattery. Apparently my Metro Magazine Ad is having an effect - at least on my competition. In this week's Downtown Journal are these ads:
"Everything you NEED to know to make buying etc, etc..."
"Use an Agent who knows Downtown"
I love it.
