A New Comunity Garden at East River Mews

It's a bit late in the season, but I couldn't resist posting photos of the adorable Community Garden (and Good times Cafe!) that the residents of East River Mews have created. This was a tiny swatch of unused railroad land adjecent to the tracks that we all wondered about when we were selling the project. Well, the folks at the Mews seem to have just taken things into their own hands - with great success! If you are a Mews resident, please comment on the process you took to get this garden installed.
