Artist Housing in NE

This is an image of JacFlats or Jackson Street Artist's Housing - a proposed for-sale housing project in NE Mpls.
I worked on a similar concept a decade ago that never got this far in development.
Artist housing is always in huge demand, but artists' limited financial resources make projects like this tough to pull together. I'm pulling for it! NorthEast has definitely drawn a healthy arts community and this would be a great addition.
